3. Plant & Equipment Safety
As a specialist plant hire provider, the safety of our equipment is paramount:
- Pre-Delivery Inspections: All plant undergoes comprehensive safety checks before dispatch to site, including hydraulics, structural integrity, guards, and safety devices
- Planned Preventative Maintenance: Regular servicing schedules in line with manufacturer recommendations and PUWER 1998 requirements
- Thorough Examinations: Lifting equipment examined in accordance with LOLER 1998 by competent persons at the required intervals
- Operator Competence: All operated hire includes CPCS-qualified operators with valid medical certificates and relevant experience
- Daily Checks: Operators complete daily pre-use inspection checklists before commencing work
- Defect Reporting: Immediate stand-down procedure for any equipment with identified safety defects

5.2 Waste Management
Through our specialist waste material processing services, we actively contribute to the circular economy:
- Construction & Demolition (C&D): Processing inert waste into reusable aggregates, reducing landfill dependency
- Commercial & Industrial (C&I): Sorting and segregating waste streams to maximise recovery rates
- Municipal Solid Waste (MSW): Processing and diversion from landfill through screening and separation

Director: Overall responsibility for HSE policy, provision of adequate resources, and ensuring compliance at all levels of the organisation.
Operations Manager: Day-to-day implementation of HSE procedures, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring all plant and personnel meet required standards.
All Employees & Operators: Following safe systems of work, reporting hazards and incidents, using PPE correctly, and cooperating with all HSE requirements.
